KMC is a woman-owned full-service mechanical contracting companies with a team of over 15 cross-trained construction professionals who specialize in the installation of commercial and industrial HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Process Piping systems. Our principals have over eighty years of combined experience serving the New Jersey, New York State, and New York City markets. At KMC & Kaye, we pride ourselves on providing turnkey mechanical installations for a wide range of facilities, including commercial and industrial buildings, medical centers, data centers, apartment complexes, country clubs, retail stores, hotels and resorts, schools and universities, and more. Pam leverages her 25 years of experience serving as a Director for Valley National Bank, where she held several responsibilities including governance, financial oversight, compliance and ethics, strategic planning, risk management, shareholder relations, and stakeholder communication. In addition to her work with KMC & Kaye, Pam is a partner with D4 Properties, where she brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
