KMC & Kaye are both woman-owned full-service mechanical contracting companies with a team of over 15 cross-trained construction professionals who specialize in the installation of commercial and industrial HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Process Piping systems. Our principals have over eighty years of combined experience serving the New Jersey, New York State, and New York City markets. At KMC & Kaye, we pride ourselves on providing turnkey mechanical installations for a wide range of facilities, including commercial and industrial buildings, medical centers, data centers, apartment complexes, country clubs, retail stores, hotels and resorts, schools and universities, and more.

Our team of skilled professionals have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to handle all mechanical projects of any size and understand the importance of meeting deadlines and staying within budget. KMC & Kaye has established a strong reputation built on consistency and commitment to our clients. Our full-scope services are cost-effective and come with a 12-month warranty to give our clients peace of mind. We are staffed with highly experienced, non-union technicians who are able to work in a quality, reliable, and timely manner. To accommodate the needs of our clients, we are available 24/7 to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. In addition, we take on the responsibility of coordinating directly with municipal officials for applicable permits and site inspections, saving our clients valuable time and resources. We also provide a high level of service to job site supervisors, ensuring that the installation and final testing of specific systems meet or exceed industry standards. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction.

We believe that a safe working environment is not only a moral obligation - it is essential for the success of a project. As such, we require all employees to complete a 30-hour OSHA Course, attend mandatory monthly 'in house' tool talks, and follow our written safety plan, which outlines our daily policies and procedures on working safely on job sites.
