KMC & Kaye are both woman-owned full-service mechanical contracting companies with a team of over 25 cross-trained construction professionals who specialize in the installation of commercial and industrial HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Process Piping systems. Our principals have over fifty years of combined experience serving the New Jersey, New York State, and New York City markets. We pride ourselves on providing turnkey mechanical installations for a wide range of facilities, including commercial and industrial buildings, medical centers, data centers, apartment complexes, country clubs, retail stores, hotels and resorts, schools and universities, and more.

Our team of skilled professionals have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to handle any mechanical project, big or small. In addition, we take on the responsibility of coordinating directly with municipal officials for applicable permits and site inspections, saving our clients valuable time and resources. We also provide a high level of service to job site supervisors, ensuring that the installation and final testing of specific systems meet or exceed industry standards. Pamela Bronander

Partner & General Manager

Pam has a wealth of experience in financial management, having worked in the field for over four decades. In her current role as a Partner and General Manager, she is responsible for  analyzing investment opportunities, managing assets, and overseeing the financial aspects of business operations. Additionally, she acts as a point of contact with lenders, investors, investors and outside legal counsel during the entitlement process. In addition to her work with our team, Pam is also a Partner at D4 Properties, a private commercial real estate investment and development company. Her hobbies include exercising, gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Gary DePaolera

Founder & COO

Gary is a highly experienced and skilled construction professional, with over five decades of experience in the industry. As COO, Gary is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. His wealth of knowledge and expertise allows him to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. In addition to his role with our team, Gary also is Partner of D4 Properties, a private commercial real estate investment and development company with over 1.2M sq. ft. underway. Gary's hobbies include exercising, golfing with his three sons, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

A Commitment to Safety

We understand that our success is directly linked to the performance and drive for excellence of our employees. That's why we place a strong emphasis on job site safety for our clients and customers. We believe that a safe working environment is not only a moral obligation but also essential to the success of our projects.

To ensure that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to work safely, we require all employees to complete a ten-hour OSHA course on construction safety, a thirty-hour OSHA course in further education of construction safety and policies, and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training. Our employees continue to attend mandatory monthly safety meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in the industry.

In addition, we have implemented a number of safety measures to ensure the safety of our team and our clients. These include a written safety plan, which outlines our policies and procedures for working safely, as well as weekly "in-house" tool talks, which provide our employees with an opportunity to discuss and learn about the latest safety tools and techniques.

We believe that safety is a shared responsibility, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that we are in compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of service, quality, and satisfaction, while ensuring the safety of our employees and anyone on the job site.
